Imagine waking up with the sun and practising yoga and meditation in an open air shala, way above the shoreline and looking into the Carara National Park. Allowing nature’s symphony and natural beauty to create the perfect backdrop for your yoga practice.
Whether you are interested in yoga, pampering yourself, meditation or all three, the offerings and flexibility of this retreat will allow you to create a transformative, intimate and customised experience that is unique to you.
Come for a deeply relaxing experience. Allow yourself to open with Slow Flow, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga with Sound Bathing. Meditation, Pranayama and workshops.
Your Retreat includes two yoga practices a day, it includes a 40 minute private, Unique to You, yoga class, it includes a deep tissue 60 minute massage and a Myofascial Release Workshop.
And there is more…
3 delicious meals a day.
A dinner at a local restaurant.
And divine accommodation in just one of the 5 boutique hotel bedrooms, all with panoramic views.
We are going to be a small, select group working together, relaxing individually and having fun.
